Katia Martin, Camp Director

Katia joined our YMCA Camp Eberhart family in January of 2018 as our Camp Director. Katia was born and raised in West Branch, Michigan, where she spent summers camping with her family. She earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Illinois in 2003. Afterward, she went to work for the YMCA serving as a camp director for two different YMCA Camps in Pennsylvania, most recently as the Director of Community Programs at Frost Valley YMCA in New York. Katia, her husband Jason, and their children Aidan and Emmalee-Jo are excited to call YMCA Camp Eberhart home. Feel free to contact Katia at kmartin@ymcacampeberhart.org.

Lisa Vaillancourt, Office Manager

Lisa is a wife, mother of three, a volunteer at Riverside Church, and a graduate from Wentworth Military Academy. As the Office Manager, she provides service and information to campers and visitors in a manner that is responsive, accurate, and respectful.  Lisa’s support helps Camp function at a high level and creates an environment where our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility are followed. Feel free to contact Lisa at lvaillancourt@ymcacampeberhart.org.

Clarissa Myers, Equestrian Director

Clarissa joined our team in 2019. She has over 30 years of professional equestrian experience in the areas of hunter/jumper, dressage, western pleasure, trail riding, starting horses under saddle, retraining thoroughbreds off the track, solving vices, colic, and founder rehabilitation, nutrition and feeding, and horse/rider biomechanics. She spent seven years managing a small equestrian facility, where she earned a reputation for solving vices through non-combative techniques and coaching riders in multiple disciplines. Feel free to contact Clarissa at cmyers@ymcacampeberhart.org.  

Heather Wilcox, Food Service Manager

Heather is our Food Service Manager at YMCA Camp Eberhart. Heather has worked in food service for 25+ years, and she and her staff understand and implement menu choices that reflect the special dietary preferences of groups including; children, religious and ethnic groups, health challenges, and the occasional picky eater. Heather is a Certified Food Manager who takes the current food safety laws seriously to maintain a healthy and safe dining experience for our guests.
