Alumni Reunion Weekend
Camp Eberhart has a long, rich history of embracing our Alumni and working together for the betterment of camp. In doing so, we offer our Alumni 2 reunion weekends each year to provide an opportunity not only to return to camp, but build and rejuvenate friendships, give back to the place you love and have fun. Work projects are completed on Saturday morning with the camp staff and Saturday afternoon is reserved for camp programming and fellowship with your alumni friends, new and old! Lodging, meals and programming are all included at no cost to Alumni. Our spring reunion includes the Camp Eberhart Alumni Association Annual Meeting as well as the annual Golf Outing.
We encourage all Alumni, of all ages, to join us for one (or both) weekends to reconnect, rejuvenate and spend quality time at the place we all have, at one time, called home!
Fall Reunion Weekend
I am excited to share that the 2020 Fall Camp Eberhart Alumni Association Reunion will be the weekend of November 6th - 8th. Alumni are welcome to arrive at camp on Friday evening for social time and campfires. After breakfast on Saturday, we will get started with our work projects. Our main project will be cutting and stacking firewood. There will be other smaller projects available as needed. The afternoon and evening are set aside for you to connect with each other and camp. We will offer a few open program areas as well as college football on the big screens at Postal Hall in Obenchain Lodge. An agenda for our activities is attached. There is no cost for the weekend and we look forward to you joining us! Please be sure to register below by November 2nd so that we can have a count for meals and confirm lodging.
I would like to challenge our younger alumni community to participate in the weekend events. We met so many of you this summer at the family camp weekends and loved that you were able to come back and connect with camp. You are the alumni of our future and your input, support and volunteerism will take us into the next 50 years of Camp Eberhart. I believe that the weekend will provide an opportunity not only to return to camp, but build and rejuvenate friendships, give back to the place you love and have fun. We had a mixture of older and younger alumni last year that contributed to the success of the weekend and look forward to continuing that this year. Information for the events of the weekend are on the website at: http://campebalumni.org/events/
I look forward to seeing each of you!!
In the Spirit of Camp,
Spring Reunion Weekend
